TruBlue Home Service Ally is a nationally recognized home service franchise with over 120 locations across the U.S. We specialize in professional handyman services, home maintenance, and safety and accessibility upgrades that help seniors age in place and support busy families.

We are currently seeking Full‑Time Handyman / Home Service Technicians to join our Phoenix team, with openings serving both the East Valley and Central Valley including Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee. This role is ideal for experienced, dependable technicians who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work independently, and value professionalism in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general home repairs (primary emphasis on plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paint)

Install grab bars, handrails, ramps, doorway modifications, and other mobility support solutions

Work inside occupied homes with professionalism, patience, and respect

Prepare and protect work areas, maintain cleanliness, and organize tools and materials

Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, caregivers, and team members

Use service management platforms such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar systems to manage jobs, notes, schedules, and invoices

Assist with job scoping and provide input for basic estimating when needed

Represent TruBlue as a trusted in‑home service professional

Who You Are

5–10+ years of hands‑on handyman experience across multiple trades

Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting

Experience working with seniors, veterans, and individuals with mobility challenges

Technical background with hands‑on experience using service management platforms

Familiarity with job costing, work order documentation, and service workflows

Ability to assist with estimating based on job scope and material requirements

Owns professional‑grade tools required to perform the work independently

Reliable, detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and respectful in customers’ homes

Able to work effectively in a team environment or independently as needed

Able to follow systems, checklists, and service standards

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

What You’ll Get

Pay: $29–$32 per hour, based on experience

Paid Time Off: Accrues at ½ day per month
