About the Role
Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role is ideal for a nurse who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation

Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation

Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations

Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision

Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred

Active

Washington State LPN License

required

Required certifications (upon hire or within designated timeframe):

CPR (within 30 days)

Fundamentals of Caregiving

Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)

Skills & Abilities

Strong nursing, documentation, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to lift, assist, and support residents with mobility as needed

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a care team

Professional, reliable, and calm in emergency situations
