- Facility: General Medical and Surgical Hospital with Clinics
- Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Call 1:3
- Assignment: Mostly outpatient, with occasional inpatient consults
- Average 20 patients/day
- EMR: Allscripts (outpatient), Cerner (inpatient)
