- Schedule:
- FULL TIME ONLY - 20 shifts min per month
- ASAP - ongoing for 3-6 months
- Shift: 7am start - depends on peel out list/avg 40 hours per week
- Day shifts are Monday thru Friday, 7am starts.
- Call is required, both beeper and inhouse.
- Avg 800-900 cases/month
- EMR : Medaxion
- 60% of time supervising residents/APP's in OR or OB 40% of time doing your own cases in GI/TEE/ EP/IR.
- 289 bed hospital
- FL license, DEA
- BC ANES, ACLS, BLS
- Must not live in FL and provide copy of drivers license as proof at time of present
- Credentialing: 60 days for expedited/clean files, 90 days for typical
