SUMMARY
The Territory Manager drives revenue growth in the Patient Services division by expanding the adoption of InfuSystem’s ambulatory pump program across hospital‑based and community oncology practices. The role owns a multi‑state territory, balancing active new business development with disciplined management and growth of existing accounts. Compensation includes a base salary of $70‑$80K plus incentive, with a target total compensation (OTE) of approximately $180K‑$190K, dependent on individual and territory performance. The ideal candidate would reside in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
IN THIS ROLE: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
Prospect, qualify, and open new accounts through consistent outbound activity and referrals.
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing frequent, ongoing communication related to onboarding, documentation, utilization, and ongoing service needs in a highly relationship‑driven environment.
Own end‑to‑end territory performance by balancing active new business development with high‑touch account management, remaining closely involved in customer communication, follow‑up, and coordination even when supported by internal partners.
Provide consultative guidance on infusion workflows, equipment utilization, and reimbursement considerations to support long‑term account performance.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and manage required reporting, contracts, and customer documentation within CRM and internal systems.
Represent InfuSystem professionally at customer meetings, tradeshows, and internal sales events.
Other duties as assigned.
Some hospitals and clinics require proof of vaccination prior to entry. The Territory Manager may need to provide vaccination documentation to meet accreditation requirements.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3‑5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare, medical device, DME, or related field.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a strong work ethic.
Resilient and composed under pressure, able to make sound decisions in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Ability to balance high‑intensity new business development with a substantial operational workload, including report analysis, customer documentation, and administration requirements.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage frequent customer interactions, competing priorities, and follow‑through across a demanding territory.
Comfort succeeding in a demanding hybrid role that requires equal focus on active selling and high‑touch account management, rather than transactional sales or standalone account support.
Experience using CRM systems and fluency with Excel.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
Regular field travel within the territory (approximately 3‑4 days per week).
Overnight travel as required (approximately 30%).
Attendance at national and regional meetings as scheduled.
