
ACT Therapist

Northwood Health Systems is seeking a full time Assertive Community Treatment Therapist to join our interdisciplinary, community-based team. This role offers a small caseload, intensive team support, and the opportunity to deliver high-impact care in real-world settings. The team works to assist clients in every aspect of their life; medication, therapy, social support, meeting basic needs, employment and housing. You will practice your clinical skills in a fast-paced, non-traditional setting! This position allows you to combine your clinical expertise with case management skills and to plan your day with ample flexibility. This program is an evidence-based treatment approach that improves outcomes for people living with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Qualifications
Must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
2 years of experience working in behavioral health services
Valid driver's license
Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling.
Conduct evaluations, clinical assessments and referrals to appropriate services.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary ACT team.
Complete and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation for services provided.
Engage clients in community settings.
