
Clinical Supervisor (RN) - ICU - Full Time Night Shift

Position qualifies for $6,000 sign‑on bonus. This full‑time opportunity offers 36‑hour weeks, full benefits, overtime opportunities, and flexible shift coverage.
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region’s only pediatric emergency services team and the area’s only OB/Emergency Department program. The hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit is operated by Rady Children’s.
Responsibilities
Provide excellence in patient care, collaborating and comprehensively caring based on patient and/or family needs.
Assess, treat, and care on assigned unit(s).
Practice in accordance with all regulations, professional, legal, and hospital policies, and consistently model SWHS core values.
Act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s).
Demonstrate critical thinking in patient care and patient flow management, defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
Qualifications
Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
Charge nurse and supervisory experience in the specific department preferred.
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
BSN preferred.
Current California RN license.
American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
NIH Stroke Certification.
TNCC (within 6 months of hire, IVMC ICU only).
CCRN (ICU) or PCCN (PCU) strongly encouraged.
Twelve‑lead EKG class within 6 months of accepting the position preferred.
