Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Implement behavior reduction and replacement strategies
Collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and inform treatment decisions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement new treatment plans and strategies
Provide support and education to family members and caregivers on implementing treatment plans in natural environments
Requirements
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate’s degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience as an RBT is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
