Job Overview
Patient Care Specialist 2 (PCS2) contributes to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. PCS2s play a pivotal role in ensuring that our healthcare center operates seamlessly and that patients receive the best client experience and the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
Perform clinical functions, including phlebotomy.
Carry out administrative duties such as front‑office operations, processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage.
Participate in cross‑functional rotations to support multiple healthcare center functions and collaborate with other AHF employees and departments.
Qualifications
Medical Assistant Certified
Bilingual: English/Spanish
