Job Description Summary

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
Requirements
Certification: Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab setting.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical‑thinking skills.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
