Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; 12-14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected

PT Level 2 Travel - $68.25
PT Level 1 Travel - $65.45
PT Level 2 Local - $58.90
PT Level 1 Local - $56.10
PTA Travel - $50.49
PTA Local - $43.94
Additional Information
