Pay Rate:
Competitive – $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
Shift Availability:
Morning 8:00 am–12:00 pm, Day 12:00 pm–4:00 pm, Evening 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, Overnight 8:00 pm–8:00 am
Primary Responsibilities
Provide companionship and personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence assistance.
Assist with walking, stabilization, and mobility.
Prepare meals and clean up after dining.
Perform light housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, washing and ironing laundry.
Offer medication and appointment reminders.
Run errands and escort clients to appointments.
Provide advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and hospice care as specialized support.
Document daily activities and report significant changes in client needs.
Maintain regular communication with supervisor and office staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
Personal: Treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
Legal: Valid driver’s license or state identification; valid auto insurance if driving clients; pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Physical: Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds; bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach; adapt to various living environments.
