
Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,600 per week

Job Overview
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week assignment in Fort Bayard, New Mexico.
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Create individualized treatment and therapy plans.
Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged); up to 1 year of experience may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
BLS and ASHA‑SLP National Certification with state‑specific licensing.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
