Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Portland, Maine.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility as part of a travel assignment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and progress.
Support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving functional ability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
Experience with skilled nursing documentation and interdisciplinary team communication preferred.
