Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Taylor, Michigan.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain activity levels.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Michigan State PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Prior experience with rehab documentation, restorative programs, and common SNF equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts, parallel bars) preferred.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
Work days: 5x8 schedule.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
