Team is hiring an
LPN
for the
Night Shift
at the
Tampa Bay Girls Academy
in
Tampa, Florida . This role is part of programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Responsibilities
Provide care, supervision, and support within secure residential programs.
Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive care and treatment using evidence-based practices.
Support youth through psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, as applicable to the role.
Qualifications
Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensed in the state of Florida.
Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Compensation and Benefits
Position pays up to $30.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year, and paid time off that accrues from hire.
