Respiratory Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Shift Differentials:
+$4.00 Nights | +$3.25 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus:
$20,000 (2-year commitment)
Schedule
72 hours bi-weekly
12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Every other weekend
Summary
Provide basic and advanced respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Work under medical direction while making independent clinical decisions and collaborating with the care team.
Requirements
Graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Must obtain RRT or CRT (written + clinical exams)
Illinois license (or eligibility)
BLS required (ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred)
EPIC experience a plus
