Requirements
Must be available and able to work the agreed-upon shift.
What You’ll Do
Can read and follow detailed blueprints and work order instructions.
Manually, or with the assistance of a chain hoist, load the cooler onto the manipulator.
Make adjustments to the manipulator to secure the cooler in place.
Attach the appropriate hose to the fitting on the tank.
Use a hammer and the attached hose to vacuum out any excess debris in the cooler.
Document and stamp the cooler when the process is complete.
Manually, or with the assistance of a chain hoist, load the cooler onto the skid and transport it to the next step in the process.
Report any issues to the supervisor or appropriate personnel as soon as they are detected.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and requirements set forth in AKG’s Environmental Management System (EMS).
Regular physical attendance is a requirement for this position. Refer to AKG attendance policy in the Information Handbook for Employees.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand (100%) of the time. May also be required to bend, stoop, pull, push, twist, and turn.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (50%) of the time.
Must be able to use a chain hoist, pallet jack, and a hand truck.
Must use safety equipment such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Safety glasses and hearing protection are provided.
