Assist the dentists chairside.
Welcomes patients.
Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort.
Selects and sets up instrumentation, equipment, and dental materials as needed.
Performs instrument sterilization according to regulations.
Maintains accurate patient records.
Lab tasks as instructed.
Provides post‑operative care instructions.
Maintains clean and stocked operatories.
Qualifications
Active Texas dental assistant license.
Dental assistant training/school certification.
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting clinical experience.
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
Understanding of health & safety regulations.
Experience with digital software.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
