Job Summary
Our Medical Technologist performs and demonstrates proficiency in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory. The commitment to service, safety, and professionalism is critical to achieving the best experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
Maintain records of performance, patient results, and quality control.
Maintain equipment and record preventive and remedial maintenance.
Assist with laboratory training programs as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Certified Medical Lab, Certified Lab Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, American Medical Technologist, or similar.
At least one year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
