Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a PRN Registered Nurse based in Alpharetta, GA. The PRN Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care, monitor and assess health conditions, administer medications, and provide patient education and emotional support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the care team to optimize personalized care plans and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Hands‑on nursing skills, including assessment, medication administration, and patient care
Proficiency in creating and adapting personalized care plans
Knowledge of healthcare standards, compliance requirements, and patient safety protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education and collaboration with the care team
Ability to adapt to varying needs and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
Experience in home care or geriatric care is a plus
