Overview
A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team. Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $62 per hour for 24-hour shifts
Only 5 shifts per month
Full benefits
Self-scheduling with flexible swaps
Level III NICU – 22-bed unit
1 APP on service at a time
Work alongside Neonatologists and an experienced APP team
Responsibilities
Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management
Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule
Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
NICU experience preferred
Open to strong new graduates with NICU background
RN NICU background considered
