
Dietitian - PACE

This position will be supporting PACE participant in our Laurelhurst site.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, Day shift
Responsibilities
The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitors and documents the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food and Nutrition and/or Dietetics (Educational requirements as established by the American Dietetic Association).
Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Oregon Dietitian License
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or other related field
1 year experience in clinical setting for generalist.
