Dietitian - PACE

Providence PACE is a Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. This position will support PACE participants at our Laurelhurst location.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, day shift. Full time.
Responsibilities
The Dietitian will provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon interdisciplinary team referral for participants identified at nutritional risk according to an established screening protocol or physician orders. The Dietitian monitors and documents participant responses to the chosen nutritional therapy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food and Nutrition and/or Dietetics
Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
Within 6 months of hire: Oregon Dietitian License
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
1 year experience in a clinical setting as a generalist
