Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver medications for patients, submit insurance claims, input prescription data, coordinate med-syncing, and assist patients in person and over the phone.

Prepare and deliver medications to medication lockers located in St. Luke’s facilities and throughout the community; communicate with patients when prescriptions are ready for pick up.

Fill take-home medications for pharmacists to deliver bedside to patients prior to discharge to support medication adherence.

Coordinate with clinic providers, patients, and pharmacy systems to ensure seamless medication management and access to community support.

What You Can Expect

Location: Nampa Medical Center

Technician jobs available: 1.0 Full-time; variable schedule

Shifts: 8- or 10-hour shifts, including Saturday and/or Sunday rotations; Monday–Friday days; or nights

Shift differential pay; certification pay for PTCB Advanced Certification; preceptor pay

Work in dynamic environments with interdepartmental collaboration

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license

Preferred Qualifications

One year or more of experience
