Salary:
$80,000–$90,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead a dynamic team of Dietitians, promote innovative nutrition programs, and elevate patient care through evidence‑based practice. This role requires a motivated professional thriving in a collaborative healthcare environment and ready to shape the future of clinical nutrition services.
Responsibilities
Lead with purpose: guide, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of clinical nutrition professionals
Drive excellence: design and implement nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals
Provide clinical nutrition care: perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve outcomes
Educate patients, families, staff, and community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for sustainable wellness
Apply evidence‑based practice: integrate research and standards into daily care aligned with policies and procedures
Collaborate for quality: partner with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives to continuously improve outcomes
Ensure compliance & satisfaction: work closely with food service leadership on menu and formulary management, regulatory standards, and patient experience
Foster growth: support department staff and intern development through coaching, training, and education
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 2+ years experience
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in applicable states
Healthcare experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Qualified candidates must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
