Full Time Dental Hygienist

Columbus, Georgia . This is an amazing opportunity for a personal and professional Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our caring team with our mission to provide quality care to patients in our patient-centered dental practice.

Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch breaks.

Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience

Responsibilities

Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups

Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care

Reviewing patient's history and charting

Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing

Documents area of existing restorations

Use of X-ray

Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia

Prefer 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience but new grads are considered and encouraged to apply!

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Current BLS/CPR certifications

Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training

Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education

Experience with dental practice software

Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
