Full Time Dental Assistant
Adams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Columbus, Georgia. As a Full Time Dental Assistant, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:45am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch breaks

Responsibilities
Assist the Dentists chairside
Welcomes patients
Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
Instrument sterilization according to regulations
Maintains accurate patient records
Lab tasks as instructed
Provide post-operative care instructions
Maintain clean and stocked operatories
Qualifications
4 Handed Dental Assisting Experience in a General Dental Practice
Experienced EFDA preferred
Experience in fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
Denticon experience a plus
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations, OSHA and HIPAA
Experience with digital software
Excellent interpersonal skills
