Overview
The purpose of the
Pharmacist
is to prepare medication in accordance with prescriptions and provide consultation to ensure medications are taken safely and enhance patient wellness. The
Pharmacist
serves patients, preparing and dispensing medications, giving pharmacological information to the patients and to the multidisciplinary team while monitoring patient drug therapies. Pharmacists provide consultation and answer patient’s questions to ensure medications are taken appropriately and enhance the patient’s wellness.
