Assist in ADL retraining, adaptive equipment use, and restorative nursing as part of the therapy team.
Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress under OT supervision.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active Massachusetts COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and restorative nursing preferred.
Ability to follow established treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
