Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active New Jersey state COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Demonstrated competence with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and patient documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Ability to follow OT treatment plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
Assignment length: 13 weeks.
