Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Minimum Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or equivalent may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and transfers preferred.
Ability to follow established treatment plans and document per facility standards.
Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
Shift Pattern: 5x8.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
