Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active New Jersey COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience with 5x8 day schedules and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
Shift Hours: 08:3016:30.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Start: ASAP.
