Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Completed LARA check required to start the assignment.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and assistive device recommendations preferred.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow established care plans.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
