Position Overview
Mail Operations Pharmacist 2
is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The work assignments vary and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication, interpret and determine appropriate courses of action, manage pharmacy operations, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Actively licensed as a Pharmacist in California and Florida without disciplinary action.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a high-volume retail, community, or traditional mail‑order pharmacy practice environment.
Ability to participate in federal prescription programs.
Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
PharmD.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish; must pass a language assessment.
Workstyle and Location
In‑office/facility. Must reside and work in Florida. Location: Orlando, FL.
Schedule
Mon‑Sat schedules between 8am‑8pm EST Monday‑Friday and 8am‑4:30pm EST Saturday. Scheduled weekly hours:

Pay Range
$104,000 - $143,000 per year. Position eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
