Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Contractor to lead critical revenue management functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in gross-to-net (GTN) accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and experience navigating the complexities of the life sciences industry.
You will play a key role in ensuring revenue accuracy, supporting financial forecasting, and driving strategic insights that inform executive decision-making. This position also involves managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and ensuring seamless operational and data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and report revenue transactions, including product sales, rebates, chargebacks, and returns
Manage monthly payments related to Managed Care, Medicaid, Tricare, and government discount programs
Review commercial contracts with wholesalers and distributors to assess financial impact
Calculate and analyze GTN reserves, including variance analysis and budget comparisons
Prepare and present monthly GTN reporting, including key insights and risk areas
Oversee onboarding, integration, and management of 3PL partnerships
Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Perform AR aging reconciliations and resolve outstanding debit memo issues
Analyze collections data and provide credit insights to commercial teams
Coordinate government payments in partnership with Accounts Payable and external stakeholders
Support audits and internal reviews with detailed documentation and analysis
Maintain and improve internal controls related to revenue processes
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax-related schedules
Support system implementations related to GTN accounting and AR processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred
8+ years of experience in GTN accounting, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries
Experience working with 3PL providers strongly preferred
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven mindset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
