There is a Digital Literacy Teacher position open at Springmill STEM Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year.
Job Goal
To provide leadership for learning at the classroom level.
Reports to
Building Principal/Designee.

Essential Functions
Meets and instructs assigned classes at the designated locations and times.
Plans a program of study that meets individual student needs, interests, and abilities.

Prepares for classes assigned and provides written evidence of preparation upon supervisor request.
Designs and implements meaningful, dynamic lessons daily.
Addresses learning needs based on formative and summative assessment data.
Guides students toward curriculum goals, establishes clear learning targets, and ensures students can identify and explain them.
Employs a variety of instructional techniques and technology aligned with student needs.
Strives to implement district philosophy of education and instructional goals.
