Position available for the 2026-2027 school year. Grades 7‑12 certification is a plus.
Job Goal : To provide leadership for learning at the classroom level.
Reports to: Building Principal/Designee.

Essential Functions
Meet and instruct assigned classes in the designated locations and times.
Plan a study program that meets students’ individual needs, interests, and abilities.
Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students’ maturity.
Prepare for classes and provide written evidence of preparation when requested.
Design and implement meaningful, dynamic lessons daily.
Address learning needs based on quality assessment data (formative and summative).
Guide learning toward curriculum goals and establish clear learning targets for lessons, units, and projects.
Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional technology, consistent with student group needs.
Strive to implement the district’s philosophy of education and instructional goals.
Assess student accomplishments regularly and provide detailed feedback and progress reports.
Help identify learning difficulties and seek assistance from district specialists as needed.
Take precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and regulation.
Assist in implementing policies governing student life and conduct; develop and maintain classroom rules fairly.
Be available to students and parents for education‑related purposes outside instructional days when required.
Plan and supervise assignments for aide(s) and volunteer(s) when appropriate.

Attend staff meetings and serve on staff committees as required.
Apply knowledge of current research and theory based on school objectives.
