Shift: Saturday to Monday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with no call required.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room/Surgery team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality patient care during surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work self‑directed.
Responsibilities
Assist in surgical procedures and manage perioperative care.
Maintain a sterile field and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
Educate patients and their families about pre and post‑operative care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in the state of Texas.
Experience in the Operating Room with skills in Cardiac, Neuro, or Spine preferred.
Certification for Surgical Technicians is a MUST for CSTs.
Flexibility to adapt to multiple service lines, including orthopedic and robotic surgeries.
