Summary
Grand Hyatt Denver is currently seeking a Stewarding Supervisor. The Supervisor assists in the management of the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, which is responsible for servicing hotel inventory of glass, china, silver, and dishes, transporting banquet food from kitchen to designated areas, and maintaining back‑of‑house cleanliness and sanitation. This role includes supervising staff, stocking supplies, monitoring food temperature and quality, inventory management, and running dish machines.

Responsibilities
The Supervisor manages daily stewarding operations, coordinates the distribution of banquet supplies, ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and reports on inventory levels and equipment performance.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers.
Previous food & beverage experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
Previous supervisory experience.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift, pull, and push moderate weight (≈ 50 lbs).
Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Good attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
