
Part-time Evening Circulation and Serials Manager Townsend Memorial Library

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities
Oversees the circulation activities of the library, to include book shelving and return, records, automated systems, and TexShare program. Assists with delinquent accounts, cash drawer reconciliation and library fine procedures. Manages orders of serials and coordinates licensing of electronic databases with the Electronic Resources Librarian.
Work Schedule
Work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Minimum Requirements
Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Some college is preferred.
Experience in an educational environment is preferred.
Experience working with young adults is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
Must possess exceptional time management, organization and detail-orientation skills.
Must agree to the University’s Employee Statement of Understanding.
