
HSEQ Advisor

This role is to support the DOUS HSEQS Manager in the provision of key HSEQ support within DOUS projects and operations in accordance with the HSEQ management system, adopted codes, standards, best practice and legislation.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HSEQ activities on a daily basis for all operational worksites and projects
Liase with clients, third parties and suppliers, attending project meetings, audits and inspections
Oversee and participate in risk assessments, tendering, operational and project phases
Monitor and report on compliance with legislation and the Business Management System
Participate in internal and external audits, including third-party accreditation processes
Assess the required level of support and report to the HSE Manager with clear recommendations and information on the necessary support levels
KEY TASKS
Ensure procedures, standards and best practices are maintained
Provide advice on hazardous working practices and necessary control measures
Oversee incident and near miss reporting, guiding and support as required
Develop and deliver HSEQ training, presentations and familiarizations courses as needed
