Position Overview
Ready to expand your clinical expertise into one of the most advanced areas of oncology? The Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Immunotherapy (BMT CI) Department at Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hybrid inpatient/outpatient team. We welcome oncology, ICU, hospital medicine, and internal medicine APPs who are interested in transitioning into transplant and cellular therapy. Prior BMT experience is preferred — but not required.
This role offers structured clinical exposure, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to build highly specialized expertise in a nationally recognized cancer program.

What You’ll Do
Provide direct medical care to BMT and Cellular Immunotherapy patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
Manage medically complex patients with comorbidities
Assist physicians with evaluation, management, and treatment planning
Formulate differential diagnoses based on clinical data
Develop treatment plans within scope of practice
Prescribe oral and IV medications as appropriate
Perform minor procedures within scope of practice
Coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team
Document patient care in accordance with medical staff rules

Credentials & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree at minimum; master’s degree preferred.
Graduate of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one) and national certification by the appropriate accreditation body.
Active BLS and ACLS (must be AHA approved).
Experience in oncology or general internal medicine; previous BMT experience preferred.
