About the Role
As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.

About the Team
Join our team in an 81‑bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists, and Psychiatric Providers. The unit treats a variety of diagnoses, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Responsibilities

Accurately identifies patient needs.

Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.

Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.

Responsible for activities of daily living.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for

– a compassionate nursing assistant dedicated to mental health and the well‑being of patients.

Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

One year of experience preferred.
