Overview
The Stadium Sanitation Attendant (Washdown) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the stadium by performing overnight hose washing and general sanitation of seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and common spaces. This role plays a critical part in preparing the venue for events and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Pay
$21.21 an hour (hourly range or rate; specific offer varies based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data).
Shift
Overnight Hours – 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Days worked will vary week by week.

Responsibilities
Perform overnight hose washing of stadium seating, concourses, stairwells, ramps, and exterior/interior surfaces.
Operate water hoses, pressure washers, and basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Remove debris, spills, and waste from assigned areas.
Use approved cleaning solutions and follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged areas to supervisors.
Follow all client, company, and venue policies and procedures.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet cleanliness standards and deadlines.
Support additional cleaning tasks as assigned based on event needs.
Qualifications
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and event‑based schedules.
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused.
Prior cleaning, sanitation, or facilities experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in wet conditions and varying temperatures.
Ability to use hoses and cleaning equipment for extended periods.
