Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for product optimization and revenue growth.
Build strategies to drive financial and customer outcomes, including pricing, campaigns, and product parameters like purchase caps and product catalogs.
Oversee coordination between Business and IT teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives, proactively managing risks and resource alignment.
Lead and coach delivery analysts across multiple product workstreams, providing guidance, removing blockers, and ensuring consistent execution excellence.
Guide the development and delivery of AAdvantage® and Cross‑Sell products, ensuring alignment with program strategy and maximizing member value.
Serve as a key liaison across Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience to align goals, resolve issues, and communicate progress to leadership.
Oversee integration efforts with internal and external partners, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable platform operations.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of experience in related Revenue Management field
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Aviation Management, Data Science, or any related field
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration
Previous project management, product management, or quality assurance experience
Skills
Expertise in leading cross‑functional delivery of complex initiatives, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
Strong command of agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature prioritization to drive efficient and customer‑centric product releases.
Proficiency in analyzing operational and customer data to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize delivery and product performance.
Experience in developing test plans, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements to enhance product reliability and user satisfaction.
Skilled in building relationships across internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership, driving transparency and informed decision‑making.
