1st Shift
Monday–Friday – 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overtime as needed: up to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday – 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overtime as needed: up to 1:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
Work with fiberglass mats and liquid resin to create fiberglass components
Lay fiberglass mats and hand‑roll resin to remove air from laminates (technique‑based work)
Perform inside tank layups, including head seams and strip layups
Wet out fiberglass mat (helper role as needed)
Install flanges, couplers, and flange rings on tanks
Set up parts, ensure correct angles, and square components to the tank body
Perform putty and epoxy processes, ensuring parts are square to the world
Read and follow prints and notes for thickness, size, materials, and part placement
Select correct parts and apply putty or epoxy per drawings
Assist with setups, layups, and finishing operations
Perform extensive cleanup of tools, parts, and work areas (a major part of the job)
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn hands‑on fiberglass and finishing processes
Ability to use hand tools with control and attention to detail
Comfortable working with resin, fiberglass materials, and repetitive tasks
Able to read prints or willing to learn
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical work throughout the shift
Manufacturing or fiberglass experience is helpful, but
not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
