We are looking for Commercial Roofing Lead Service Techs in Brockton, MA!

Pay starting at $30+/hr. BOE

Sign-on bonus: $250-$750

This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.

Commercial Roofing Service Tech Summary
Under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Service Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in a variety of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include:

Repair, maintenance and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.

Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.

Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.

Commercial Roofing Service Tech Requirements

Experience with various commercial roofing systems strongly preferred, but we will train the right individuals!

Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.

Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.

Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.

Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.

Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.

Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions

Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.

Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.

Travel: Mostly local; within 1 hour.
