Job Title: Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician, Brockton, MA.
Pay starts at $30+/hr. BOE. Sign‑on bonus $250–$750.
This range represents a good faith estimate for the position; actual compensation will be based on factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.
Commercial Roofing Service Tech Summary
Under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Service Field Superintendent, you will investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in a variety of commercial roofing systems.
Repair, maintain and install all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.
Commercial Roofing Service Tech Requirements
Experience with various commercial roofing systems strongly preferred, but willing to train the right individuals.
Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Follow instructions, work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, maintain professionalism.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites/warehouse.
Use technology to communicate and document work.
Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions
Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, frequent lifting.
Mostly local travel within 1 hour.
