Overview
Indiana University Health is seeking experienced operating room (OR) nurses to join a highly skilled team in a fast‑paced environment. Positions are available for both part‑time and full‑time, with a $30,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates.
Eligibility: candidates who are an upcoming or recent nurse graduate or an experienced nurse ready to grow a career in OR nursing.
Unit Information
• Patient population ranges from neonates to adults, performing procedures from ear tubes to open heart surgery.
• 16 beds.
• Level I Trauma, Magnet designation.
• Team composition: 80% nurses, 20% certified surgical technologists.
• Referral eligible.
Qualifications
Associate of Nursing (ASN). Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Indiana RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Basic Life Support certification (AHA). Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.
